i believe that i’m a sinner. i’m definitely not perfect. as a matter of fact, i sin everyday. but, for God so loved me that He gave His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ, to die on the cross to save me from my sins, so that i wouldn’t perish but have everlasting life. God didn’t come into the world to judge me but that i might be saved by Him. God loves and IS love. it’s the absolute truth.

summer break sucks. the only fun thing i’ve done is go to the del mar fair. i wake up, clean, cook, and sleep. at the rate this is going, i can’t wait to go back to school. i feel like such a bum not doing anything all day. and at this point, if i try to get a job it would probably only last me through 2 paychecks. i want that rush of pressure to seep through my veins because i need to study for a test. i want that urgency in my step knowing that i might be late for a lecture. i want that sense of frustration from not fully comprehending a concept. i’m done with being chilled out.
i thought that this was gonna be the best break ever because it would give me time to appreciate the freedom i have from pcc, but what’s freedom without anything or anyone to be free with? my dad doesn’t trust me with the car, my bike is not in good shape, and my friends are either at summer school or busy. i’m at home all day. doing absolutely nothing. it’s pathetic.
a little bit of excitement. is that too much to ask? i’m going so crazy that i want to go back to pcc. what the heck, dude.

1. i believe that you will go far. i know not a lot of people believe that you can’t achieve a deal of greatness but just know that i do. i know i don’t agree with some of your behaviors and a lot of the time we don’t see eye to eye but i know you’re capable of doing something with your life. you’ve gone through many setbacks but seriously, you can do it. regardless if i’m the only one who believes it or not.
2. hey it’s okay. i know he hasn’t responded yet, but that’s life. honestly, if something were to spark between you two, it would be really hard. he lives pretty far and you’re both always busy. it’s sad but it’s reality. at least you won’t go off wondering “what if” in the future because well, now you know. God has someone better for you because He knows you of all people deserve it.
3. i’ve told you already and i’m gonna say it again. don’t do it. i know we’re opposites in so many ways but even you see the harm in it. seriously, it’s a stupid idea moreso for stupid reasons. i’m telling you this as a friend, a best friend, and a sister. you know i only say these types of things because i care, not because i’m trying to be a fun-sucker. i’m just gonna leave you with this question. you say that you’re trying to fix your relationship with God so, would God be happy with it?
4. hey dude, i stinking miss you! i haven’t seen or talked to you pretty much ever since i left for florida but i’m glad we allow ourselves to keep in touch through small talk on facebook or whatever. and regardless of the distance and limited catching up time, i still consider you to be one of my best friends. without a doubt in my mind, i know you’re gonna make a difference in this world! and i also know that when we hang out again, we’ll be able to pick up where we left off our friendship. no homo.

oh yeah, i’m aware of that. if you’re referring to the picture of a person holding a sign that says “MY GOD LOVES EVERYONE”, i wasn’t pointing at the fact that that person was a christian or not. i was referring to the fact that i am a christian and that i do believe that God loves everyone. it reminded me of how contagious hate has become and i wanted to point out the hypocrisy that goes around with it. a certain topic that crossed my mind was the controversy of LGBT. i’m a christian but i don’t hate them. i also believe that God doesn’t hate them either, but rather loves them just as much as the next straight person. sorry for the confusion but thanks for the input!
how would i have been shaped if i continued my schooling at scpa instead of otay? would i have been a dance major now? would i have still stopped? would i have gone into other arts programs? would i have taken up singing again? would i have gotten into better colleges? would i still be going to pcc? would i still be the same person?
